Vantage Data Centers Invests $3 Billion to Deliver AI Campus in Growing Nevada Market

Strategic investment will meet critical customer demand for AI capacity and marks Vantage’s eighth market in the company’s rapidly growing North American hyperscale portfolio

DENVER (July 15, 2025) – Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, today announced its entry into the Nevada market with a 224MW campus (NV1) in Storey County just outside of Reno. Nearly $3 billion will be invested in the project, with more than 1,200 individuals employed across the construction and ongoing operations of the campus. Entry into Vantage’s eighth North American market signals the company’s pursuit of strategic opportunities outside of Tier I locations as it joins major technology juggernauts Google, Apple and Microsoft in the growing region.
