Francesca brings experience across financial services and operations, with a background supporting client and investor workflows in fast-growing, regulated environments. At GiantLeap Capital, Francesca supports investor initiatives while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and consistency across communications and processes.

Prior to joining GiantLeap, Francesca held client-facing roles in financial services, where she worked closely with clients and advisors to manage transactions, support deal execution, and maintain long-term relationships. She also brings a strong operations background from high-growth B2B companies, where she worked closely with leadership on process improvement, data analysis, and execution at scale, developing a detail-oriented, systems-driven approach that informs her work in investor relations today.

Francesca is based in our Chicago office.
