Nada Litwin

Head of Legal/General Counsel

As a Managing Partner of Litwin Kach, LLP and with 20 years of legal experience, Nada focuses her current practice in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. As a core part of her practice, Nada provides legal services to private equity firms and independent sponsors in an outside general counsel capacity. Previously, Nada was a Partner in the Corporate, Securities and Investment Management group at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and general corporate law. Nada began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the Corporate and Securities group, where she worked on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. Nada received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School where she was selected to the Order of the Coif. Nada is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar.
