Stephanie Young

Senior Advisor – Operating Strategy

Stephanie is currently the cofounder and CEO of Pearson Labs, a YC backed company that builds AI agents for law firms. She's a second time founder, her first company called Riva built AI agents to help employees negotiate job offers, which she sold in 2022 to larger HR tech company Teal. She previously was ex-Google, Lyft, McKinsey. She has four Stanford degrees in bioengineering, computer science, environmental science, and an MBA.
